: (1) The general meeting of the Joint Review Committee shall be held in Kathmandu for the first time within one (1) month of the establishment of the said committee and thereafter every three (3) months regularly on a mutually agreed upon date or on such day as may be fixed by the Department if not so agreed upon. And the Joint Review Committee shall review the following:
(a) All program budgets, quarterly reports, annual reports and other reports and proposals to be submitted to the Government of Nepal.
(b) Contractor's progress of work.
(c) Details of petroleum expenses of the contractor under section 47.
(d) Terms of contract with contractor and performance of contractor's work.
(e) Problems arising in petroleum operations.
(f) Additional Matters Requested by a Party.
(2) A special meeting of the Joint Review Committee may be convened upon reasonable notice given by one of the parties for the purpose of reviewing any major issue or problem arising in the petroleum work and to propose appropriate action.
(3) The recommendations and opinions of the Joint Review Committee shall be forwarded to the Department for information and appropriate action.
